Damaged Goods During Shipping (if applicable to your products):
While we do not offer refunds or returns, if you receive a physical product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support team within 3 business of receiving the damaged item. Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged product. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement of the damaged item, subject to availability.
